Advanced Technician

2nd level

• Complete recommended services from the express area
• Example (brakes, tires, shocks/struts, and more)
• We provide tools
• Experience 1-2 years
• $20-22 per hour

Level 3 Technician

• Paid factory training begins
• Starter tool set becomes yours
• Experience 1-3 years
• $22-$33 per hour

Level 4 Technician

• Paid factory training continues
• Paid ASE testing
• Diagnose and take on most maintenance and repairs
• Experience 1-5 years
• $50k-100k per year

Level 5 Master Technician

• Paid training continues
• Now eligible for maintenance and repairs for electric vehicles
• Experience 5+ years
• $70k-120k per year

Master Diagnostic Technician

• Diagnose hardest issues
• Write reports for factory to use for future recalls/repairs
• Experience 5+ years
• $120k-200
