First Time Car Buyer's FAQ
If you've never bought a car before, you probably have some questions.

Q. Do you accept trade-ins?
A. Yes! If you can get your car here - you can trade it in.
Q. Will I have to go to the DMV?
A. No. If you have plates, we will complete the transfer forms here. If you need new plates, we are able to issue you new license plates on-site.
Q. Does the "credit crunch" mean I can't get a car loan?
A. No. Despite gloomy media statements, car lending hasn't changed much. Banks are still making plenty of car loans.
Q. I've found a used car I like, but I want to know more about its history. How do I do this?
A. We offer free Carfax reports online and in-store. Here is a link to a brief video explaining how to access and use Carfax reports.
Q. What will I need to do in order to make my new car "winter-ready".
A. Absolutely nothing. All new Toyotas shipped to our dealership are ready for the Wisconsin winter.
Q. What rebates are available?

Q. What do I need to bring with me?
A. Bring your driver's license. If you plan on financing, we encourage you to bring pay stubs and proof of residence (utility bill, cable bill, bank statement, etc...)
